Recording day 2.
Last night we worked until about 2 am just getting drum sounds. When you get that tired though - you start to run in circles and start to over think things. Anyways, by the time this morning (10am start) rolled around wee seeemed to get the sounds undercontrol. It's sounding great.
Here's a funny story from yesterday about getting here. Originally Christian (the producer/engineer) had told us that there was a direct ferry from Tsawassen to Salt Spring Island at 4:25pm... well, long story short, there wasn't. We ended up taking the 5pm ferry to Schwartz bay (victoria) and had planned on taking the 7pm jumper fairy over to SSI. However, by the time we turned around and got back in line for the jumper fairy it was almost full. Infact, we were the first car that didn't make it on, so we had to wait until 9 pm for the next jumper fairy. Oh well, c'est la vie
Anyways, i'm going to try and do this place some justice with some photographs, but i'm sure it won't do.

hey steven. Hope you found a good and fast way to the ferries...you shoulda given me more than 5 seconds to think about which would be better. Cus i thought of a wayyy faster way! (And you wouldn't have missed that Ferry!) Oh wells...too late now. Yes thanks for the heads up on James Blunt. I shall enjoy Seattle tomorrow :)
