the blue beast has served me well. amazingly well for many years. i'm grateful for its kind and generous service to me. however, tonight was just another reminder that it may just be time to part ways. if anyone out there has a few thousand dollars they'd like to contribute to a downpayment on a lease of a new truck or something, that would be great.

i know how sad you must be about your van. i too once had a big beautiful van. the day it stopped running i cried.
